Mission: Backyard - Impact Project

This is a five week long adult education program designed to educate participants on how to support birds, butterflies and other wildlife by creating a native backyard habitat that limits the need for water, fertilizer and pesticides while bringing more blooms, beauty and benefits to wildlife and our watershed.

Topics include native soils, basic landscape architecture, using native plants to support your backyard goals, best practices for irrigation and fertilization, installation, and general tips on creating beneficial habitats for wildlife.
